I’ve been into crochet a lot lately, and when I’m into something I want to challenge myself by trying something difficult.
So I’ve decided to crochet this:
It’s a lovely drawing by my friend, Tazia Hall, of two characters from my Silver Foxes series.
Of course, this picture is displayed in 16 million colors . . . there’s not enough yarn colors to replicate this. So I used my photo editing software to reduce the colors to 16–which is the lowest amount of colors I could use and still have it look like the original.
So far, I’ve gotten 3 rows in.
Already it’s challenging.
I expect it to take the better part of a year to complete. I hope to keep you updated on my progress . . . if I don’t give up. I hope I don’t. I want a blanket of this.
